Terms of Service

1. What SlotShare is

SlotShare is a co-watching platform that lets up to four users share voice, screens, and chat while they play slots on third-party online casinos. SlotShare is not itself a casino, does not host or facilitate gambling, does not process bets or payouts, and never holds user funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use SlotShare. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful at your location and at the casino you choose. SlotShare is not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

You confirm your age during account setup. Knowingly providing false age information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Affiliate relationship

SlotShare is an affiliate of the casinos featured on the service. When you click an outbound "Open Casino" link and subsequently sign up or deposit at the casino, SlotShare may receive a commission. This commission does not change the terms you receive from the casino. SlotShare does not receive any share of your losses or winnings.

4. Accounts

You must keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, or to protect other users from harm.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, while using SlotShare:

• harass, threaten, or share content that targets others;
• share material involving minors or non-consenting parties;
• impersonate another person;
• circumvent age, geo, or capacity restrictions;
• scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract data at scale;
• attempt to disrupt service availability for other users.

6. User content

Chat messages and shared screens are visible to others in the same room. We do not record voice or screen video. Chat messages are ephemeral and exist only for the duration of a room session.

You retain ownership of content you share. By sharing it in a room you grant SlotShare a limited, non-exclusive licence to transmit it to other room members for the duration of the session.

7. Third-party casinos

Casinos linked from SlotShare are independent operators. SlotShare does not control their terms, fairness, withdrawal policies, customer service, or KYC requirements. Any relationship you form with a casino is solely between you and that casino. SlotShare is not responsible for losses, disputes, or service failures on the casino's side.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be harmful. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, contact BeGambleAware or GamCare (UK), or your local equivalent.

9. Disclaimers

SlotShare is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against unauthorized access. Voice and screen-share transmission depends on third-party infrastructure (LiveKit) and may be unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotShare's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid SlotShare in the preceding 12 months, or (b) one hundred euros. SlotShare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or gambling losses incurred at any third-party casino.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the service. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
